Description

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet; stir well and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  4. Assemble by placing seasoned beef on each tortilla and topping with fresh vegetables and cheese.
