  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 oz package of Jell-O gelatin (choose 3 different flavors)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a fresh crust, crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In separate bowls, dissolve each flavor of Jell-O in boiling water; stir well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with milk until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Pour the first layer of Jell-O into the crust; chill for about 30 minutes until firm. Add a layer of the cream mixture on top.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining Jell-O and cream mixtures until ingredients are used up.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
