  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add to dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mix whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
  6. Once the cake cools slightly, poke holes in it and pour the milk mixture over the top.
  7. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; spread over the soaked cake.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
