Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the mixture evenly.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top; sprinkle panko breadcrumbs if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
