  • 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and spinach; sauté until spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in grated Asiago cheese until melted. Add cooked gnocchi and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
