Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Ripe peaches, sliced
  • Bourbon
  • Brown sugar
  • Low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
