- ¾ cup whole milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
