  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. In a bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
