  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored Jello
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the crust. Add half of the sliced strawberries, then pour half of the prepared Jello on top. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
