Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and cucumber; hull the strawberries and slice them into quarters. Cut the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Thinly slice the red onion and chop the mint leaves.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, cucumbers, red onion, and mint.

- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently. Allow it to sit for five minutes before serving.
