Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F). Remove from heat and slice.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (1 minute).
