  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F). Remove from heat and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (1 minute).
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; add Parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken in the sauce until well-coated.
