- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon fillets skin-side down for about 5 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously, and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Mix in chopped basil, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Return the salmon to the pan and spoon sauce over fillets for an additional minute before serving.
