  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
