Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Top with sliced chicken and serve immediately.
