Description

Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo is a luscious, creamy dish that brings an authentic taste of Italy right to your kitchen. This easy-to-follow recipe features succulent, boneless chicken breasts served over perfectly cooked fettuccine pasta, all enveloped in a decadent homemade Alfredo sauce made with rich heavy cream, aromatic garlic, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  5. Top with sliced chicken and serve immediately.
