Instructions

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In another skillet, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic over medium heat until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
  5. Toss fried chicken in the sauce for an even coating before serving.
