  • 8 cups day-old challah bread, cubed

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cut day-old challah into one-inch cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries into the egg mixture.
