Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. Fold in chocolate chips and edible cookie dough.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
