Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails (about 68 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare lobster tails by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen scissors to expose the meat.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in minced garlic and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  5. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges before serving.
