Ingredients
- Ribeye or New York strip steak
- Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with Cajun seasoning. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and melt butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add shrimp, lightly seasoned with salt, cooking until pink and opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream and additional Cajun seasoning, stir, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
