  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp mustard (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat; add cooked beef down the center. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from one end to another.
  5. Optional: Sear burritos seam-side down in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm.
