Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently.
- Fill each donut cavity two-thirds full with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Dip cooled donuts in glaze and add optional toppings if desired.
