  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients gently.
  4. Fill each donut cavity two-thirds full with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
