  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
  2. Wash the peaches thoroughly, halve them, and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  4. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until char marks appear.
  5. Flip the peaches, drizzle honey on top, and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before topping with mascarpone or yogurt and an extra drizzle of honey.
