Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cherries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness. Cut circles using a round cutter.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of cherry filling in the center of each circle.

- Brush tops with egg wash and bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
