  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp pure mint extract
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Mix in mint extract and half of the melted chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake filling into the crust, drizzle remaining melted chocolate on top, then add the rest of the filling. Swirl with a knife.
