Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs, then fold in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish and smooth it out. Drizzle dollops of Nutella over this layer.
  4. In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in an egg and vanilla extract, then fold in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Spoon dollops of cookie dough over the Nutella layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly gooey in the center. Let cool before slicing.
