- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 3. Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the chilled dough into a 12-inch circle on parchment paper. Place the peach filling in the center.
- 4. Fold & Bake: Gently fold the edges over the filling while leaving some exposed. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
