  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add sliced sirloin steak; cook until browned. Stir in garlic powder and remove from heat.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Spoon the steak mixture down the center and top with provolone and mozzarella.
  5. Fold in sides of the dough and roll tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush with beaten egg wash and make slits on top for steam release.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
