- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add sliced sirloin steak; cook until browned. Stir in garlic powder and remove from heat.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Spoon the steak mixture down the center and top with provolone and mozzarella.
- Fold in sides of the dough and roll tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg wash and make slits on top for steam release.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
