  • 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 oz pepperoni slices (optional)

Instructions

  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
