Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
