  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Wet your hands slightly and form mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sear meatballs in the skillet until browned on all sides (about 8 minutes total).
  6. Remove meatballs; whisk flour into the same pan with beef broth while scraping up bits from the bottom. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Nestle meatballs back into gravy; simmer uncovered for about 10–15 minutes.
