  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, combine strawberry ice cream with gelatin powder. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream layer.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the strawberries evenly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid. Cut into squares to serve.
