- 1 cup ripe strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Food coloring (for decoration)
- Silicone egg molds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the vanilla cake mix as per package instructions and pour into silicone egg molds until halfway full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cakes to cool for 10 minutes before gently removing them from molds.
- Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in chopped strawberries.
- Melt white chocolate chips in intervals until smooth. Dip each cake half in melted chocolate, then fill one half with strawberry mixture.
- Cap with another chocolate-dipped half, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
