Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla; mix until velvety.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off the oven and crack the door open to cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
