  • 4 cups fresh cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 2 large cucumbers)

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. You may peel them if desired.
