Instructions

  1. Wash cucumbers and lemons thoroughly. Slice cucumbers into rounds or quarters.
  2. Juice the lemons until you have about ½ cup of juice.
  3. In a pitcher, combine cucumber slices, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
  4. If desired, add mint leaves and muddle gently to release aromatic oils.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving over ice with additional cucumber slices and mint sprigs.
