Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 ripe mangoes, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water (divided into two ½ cup portions)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice the peaches and mangoes.
  2. In a blender, combine peach slices with 1 tbsp honey/agave syrup, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and ½ cup water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Rinse the blender, then blend the mango slices with the remaining honey/agave syrup, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  4. Layer the peach puree followed by the mango puree in popsicle molds. Use a skewer to swirl them gently.
  5. Insert sticks into molds and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 30 seconds.
