  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup citrus juice (mix of lemon and orange)
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the strawberries; roll citrus fruits on a counter before juicing.
  2. Boil water in a saucepan, then steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in sweetener while warm. Add squeezed citrus juice.
  4. In a pitcher, combine brewed tea with sliced strawberries and stir gently.
  5. Fill half of the pitcher with ice cubes and refrigerate for at least an hour.
