Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan and covering with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool, preventing overcooking.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs under running water and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; mash until smooth.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top and add olive slices for decoration.
