Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, flattening slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on wire racks. Once cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate in crisscross patterns and add mini chocolate chips as eyes.
