Instructions

  1. Pop 10 cups of popcorn and spread it on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup; cook until bubbling.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and food coloring.
  4. Pour warm caramel over popcorn, gently folding until evenly coated.
